Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on 10 September 2026.
The Resilience Imperative (TRI) is committed to making www.resilienceimperative.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech-recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation.
We want everyone who visits this site — supporters, journalists, policymakers, and the wider public — to be able to read our content and understand our mission with as few barriers as possible.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. "Partially compliant" means that some parts of the site do not yet fully meet this standard, for the reasons set out below.
TRI is not a public sector body and is not subject to the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
We are publishing this statement voluntarily, because accessibility matters to the public mandate we are building.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following issues and are working to address them:
-
Some images across the site do not yet have fully descriptive alternative text.
-
Colour contrast on some page elements has not been formally checked against WCAG AA thresholds.
-
Our embedded LinkedIn feed is third-party content and may not meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of the site.
The site is built on the Wix platform, which sets some practical limits on how far we can customise accessibility features ourselves.
If you encounter a problem that is not listed here, please let us know using the contact details below.
What we're doing to improve accessibility
We review new content for plain-language clarity and clear structure before publishing.
We are working through Wix's accessibility tools to improve heading structure, alternative text, and colour contrast across the site.
We will update this statement as improvements are made.
